Curtainlux Pty Ltd trading as Studio 3121

These terms apply to all quotations and invoices issued by Curtainlux Pty Ltd trading as Studio 3121.

  1. Custom Orders
    All products are made-to-measure and custom-made to client specifications. As such, orders are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., faulty or not as described).

  2. Ownership of Goods
    Goods remain the property of Curtainlux Pty Ltd until paid for in full.

  3. Payment Terms
    Final payment must be received before delivery and/or installation of goods.

  4. Installation & Additional Services
    Quoted prices do not include installation or external services (e.g., electrician, plasterer) unless expressly specified.

  5. Quotation Validity
    All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing and availability may be subject to change thereafter.

  6. Site Conditions & Variations
    Any variations requested after order confirmation, or issues arising from site conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting, may incur additional costs.

  7. Warranties
    Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Incorrect use, modification, or third-party installation may void any applicable warranty.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    Curtainlux Pty Ltd is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including delivery disruptions, access limitations, or site-related delays.
